Can you deliver cannabis seeds to Turkey, Israil, Iran, Russia, Australia, New Zealand and other countries?
We have many customers in these countries, but can no longer offer Card Payments with Visa and Mastercard. The issue is that banks are strict with there regulations and so we have to follow their rules. Also some countries have strict import policies so we cannot offer guarantees on delivery. We do have some great discreet, stealth delivery options for these countries which many customers use with success.
Do you provide Tracking numbers for deliveries?
We provide tracking numbers for all deliveries, except the ones where it states 'Not Insured No Tracking' this is our cheapest option that we offer. For this option there is no guaranteed delivery, only proof of postage which we process through our business mail account.
What is the most discreet delivery option for shipping seeds?
We ship seeds in many discreet options. Some countries customs are more strict than others, but for us it is better to hide in plain sight. We recently sent 20 packages back from Thailand with over £50,000 in seeds as we closed our outlet there. We sent them as commercial samples of custom printed packaging for business use with a value of $20 per package and every one of them arrived safely without issue.
We fill out a simple customs form to declare a low value and state that the contents is of commercial sample packaging with a custom printed card, tin or bubble pack typical of the seeds we are sending. For international discretion it is better to use one of our discreet options and to remove the original souvenir pack, but this is up to the customer as we accept no legal or financial liability for such orders placed in this way.
Do you label each strain clearly?
When we send out seeds every single strain is individually labelled to be easily identifiable. Our own strains are packed in plastic vials to protect them with a label printed on them to say which strain it is, even if its a single seed.
The only exception to this rule is if you have ordered a mixed pack as these often come with multiple strains of seeds mixed in a single pack. In this case there is no way to tell which strains they are until the seeds have grown and finished flowering.
Which packaging do you use?
Our standard packaging which we use for every standard order will be a simple white jiffy bubble envelope containing your original souvenir packed cannabis seeds and a copy of your printed invoice. There will be a printed sticker on the front with your name and address details on it. We will never write on the package unless it requires an international customs declaration, in which case we will write that the contents are a promotional sample or one of the following stealth options below.

We will cover the cost of postage for returning the damaged item and also refund you the cost of the item and send out a replacement for what you ordered.

Can I pick up my order in person instead of having it mailed to me?
If you wish to collect your order in person we can arrange this, but its much easier to have it delivered in the post and in most cases faster. We are located in Hanworth, Middlesex so you can arrange collection based on this, but only with prior agreed appointment.
Can I use Paypal to buy Seeds?
Unfortunately Paypal are agressively against any purchase related to marijuana so we cannot accept this payment method. We did so in the past, but they end up closing our account and holding our funds for 6 months for doing so.

How can i get a refund to return my money?
To apply for a refund to get your money back you will need to email us to request making a claim and the correct department will get back to you normally within 24 hours Monday to Friday.
We will only refund orders where the seeds are out of stock and alternatives options are not acceptible. We will not offer refunds for seeds that did not germinate or grow to your expectations as this process is out of our control.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
If you wish to make changes to your order after it has been placed you will need to email us with your order number and the reason you wish to make the change. We will respond quickly during working hours. We will only make changes if the items have not been ordered in specially or if they have not already been dispatched.

If you wish to make changes to your order including changing the address, phone number, email address or any other information, please send us an email with the required changes and we will handle this very quickly.
What to do if i receive damaged or incorrect seeds?
In the event that you received the wrong order item or seeds that were damaged or faulty in any way, you will need to email us to request for those to be replaced and for us to resent your order.
