Thunderbolt is an all American marijuana hybrid created from the original highly sedative Humboldt County California Yumbolt. This has been crossed with an Alaskan hybrid known as Matanuska Tundra. Both are known to be some kind of Kush Hybrids so the buds will be mostly Indica dominant and resemble some of the more common Afghani Skunk Kush crosses.
This powerful Indica produces very good size buds that grow around 80-120cm when finished in height. The bud is classic old school Kush with resin crystal covered trichomes glistening away. Plants should finish flowering around the 55 to 60 days with big wide fan leaves and very dense flowers. Thunderbolt is very easy to grow and beginners will have good results.
What an amazing strain we have here with Thunderbolt. The finished buds are very potent and crystal covered with around 20-24% THC and the aromas and taste are simply epic. You can expect many shades of green with slight purple tints in the bud with a fragrance that is pure bliss. Expect sweet and savoury smells of berry mint lime cookies and a nice Kush flavour.
The genetic history of Sagarmatha Thunderbolt mostly originates from the Hindu Kush Mountains, but the genetics have been reengineered in the USA with the most likely addition of Afghani, Thai and some South American strains.
