Shipping methods


What delivery methods are available? has a range of shipping methods to suit both our national and international customers. These vary in cost and delivery times.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is paid for we will aim to dispatch it within 48 hours Monday to Friday unless the item is out of stock in which case we will order it in fresh from suppliers. The maximum time to send out your order will be no more than 5 working days.

The time it takes for our customers to receive an order depends entirely on the locale, the shipping method chosen and the date the order was made.

Please be aware that the stated delivery times, although often accurate, do vary depending on delays within the postal system.

Any delays that occur during transit are entirely down to the postal service in charge of delivering the parcel.

My order has not arrived, what should I do?

Can I cancel my order?

If you haven’t transferred any payment to us, your order will be deleted automatically from our order system, with no further action required on your part. All your order details will be automatically deleted from our files after a certain period.

If we already received your payment, your order cannot be cancelled.
