Delivery Delays

At the moment the Royal Mail Strikes combined with snow and the holiday season are causing horrendous delays in customers receiving their orders. All we dan do is ask for your patience in this as orders will arrive, they are just stuck in a back log.

As a result we have attempted to use alternative couriers and researched the alternative options and there are delays across the board.

Our normal DHL next day deliveries are taking 2-3 days to get to us and really its hard to decide what we will do with this.

We are introducing the DPD local collect service which seems very good for UK delivery options. With this you can have your order sent to a local Post office or collection point.

To apologise for the significant delays that have occurred and any customers that have been affected we will be issuing vouchers to compensate for the inconvenience caused.

Once the holiday season has finished and things have calmed down we will look through the November and December orders and contact all customers that were affected by these delays.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused and we hope your order is finally with you by now.
